Availability-based matching
Alive looks at each team member's existing bookings for that date. If someone is free, they get the gig. If multiple are free, the one with the fewest bookings wins.
Automatic email notification
The assigned operator receives an email with the event name, date, time, location, client contact, and every detail they need to show up prepared.
Calendar invite included
Along with the email, the operator gets an .ics calendar invite they can add to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar with one tap.
Toggle per proposal
Turn auto-assignment on or off for each proposal. Some events you handle personally — for the rest, let the system do the scheduling.
